Chef

Qualified chef Gunther De Wetter, a former student of Coovi-Ceria in Anderlecht, built up more than 30 years of experience in renowned restaurants, where his passion for quality, hospitality and good food grew. Today he no longer cooks in a traditional restaurant, but personally for his guests in a completely private setting. In 2012 he combined that passion with his love of wellness and started his own private wellness. Since then, Culinaire Wellness l'Histoire d'Eau has grown into an established and highly appreciated business, where Gunther, as host and chef, personally shapes your wellness experience.

Our exclusive Finnish sauna is finished with authentic Hemlock Barnwood from centuries-old North American barns. The temperature can be set on request from approximately 70°C to 90°C.

A very pleasant experience. On arrival we were given a clear explanation and welcomed very warmly. Everything was spotlessly clean and the facilities looked new and extremely hygienic. The communication, from booking to departure, was perfect too. Definitely recommended.

We visited this Culinaire Wellness for the first time and immediately booked another visit. Very hygienic and we were given a good explanation as well.
There is also a lovely garden you can use. We had a wonderful time here and were able to completely unwind from this busy world.

Free private parking is provided too. Excellent!
