Terms and Conditions
Clear agreements for a worry-free visit. By making a reservation or placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.
Terms of Sale
The general terms and conditions (points 1.1 to 1.6) apply to all reservations. If you place an order or reservation, this means that you agree to these general terms and conditions and house rules.
1.1 Promotions
These are always temporary and cannot be combined with other offers.
1.2 Payments
At the sauna complex we accept cash and Bancontact.
1.3 Reservations
These are only accepted with name, address, email, telephone number, reservation date and time, any package and the number of persons.
After receiving your reservation request, we will send you a confirmation by email and, if applicable, a request to pay a deposit. If a deposit is required, your reservation becomes definitive as soon as this deposit has been received.
The conditions for gift vouchers currently state that gift vouchers purchased online are limited to a maximum of €250 per voucher. Please remove this limitation, as our packages may also involve higher amounts.
If we do not receive payment within the period of 5 days, we are obliged to cancel the reservation and release the hours again without notifying you.
If you are in possession of a gift voucher, it is sufficient to pass on the number on the voucher. If the appointment is not kept, the voucher expires.
For last-minute bookings you do not need to pay a deposit. If you do not keep the appointment without notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the price of a basic package for the number of hours reserved, plus any extras ordered.
Cancellations must be made by telephone at least 48 hours in advance in order to retain your deposit for a future visit; deposits are not refunded. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the reserved time, (the deposit will be charged as) a cancellation fee. Cancellations by email are not accepted.
1.4 Gift vouchers
You can always come and collect a gift voucher; after a phone call we will have the voucher ready so that all you have to do is pick it up. You can also order by email or via the website; the voucher will be sent no later than 2 days after receipt of the amount in our account.
For gift vouchers purchased online, a maximum amount of 250 euros per voucher applies, as well as a 14-day right of return.
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and may only be redeemed at the wellness centre.
